- So what the hell good does reading the bulletins do if the USR support (haha)
- people don't answer your e-mail sent per their own instructions? And don't
- suggest calling them. I have tried that but cannot afford to stay on a
- 30-minute long-distance call made from work and charged to my home phone. USR
- is pathetic.
